You Already Have the Answers

About this time last year, I travelled to Tennessee for a spiritual retreat hoping to find answers about my life, my purpose and my career path.

It was an amazing experience where I connected with some wonderful, open-hearted people and dug deeper into my own beliefs and past experiences in order to transform them.

I loved all of it, and also felt pretty ridiculous when I had an epiphany on the last day - the answers I was seeking were already inside of me.

I spent time and money traveling to this retreat looking for something I already had! 🤦‍♀️

I was already receiving the guidance and seeing the signs I was looking for. I just wasn’t really listening, and I certainly wasn’t trusting it.

I thought I needed some kind of teacher, coach or guru to give me the answers or guide me down the right path.

The thing is - you are the only one who knows what the right path is for you.

Teachers, coaches and gurus can be really helpful! And the best ones help you to uncover the information that’s already within you. They compassionately hold the space for you to dive deep into yourself, and they reflect back to you the things in your life you’re just not seeing.

You already have everything you need to move forward and create the life of your dreams. You are always connected to an ever-flowing stream of wisdom. All you have to do is step into the stream and receive it.
